Changelog

What changed in each appflight build. The app checks for new builds when it launches and links here. To install one, see the download page.

0.1.0 Closed beta

The first build for beta testers.

  • Describe an app in plain English and appflight builds it as a native SwiftUI project, using Claude Code or Codex on your Mac.
  • Live iOS simulator preview inside the app.
  • XcodeGen now ships inside appflight, so there is nothing to install with Homebrew.
  • Use your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key instead of a signed-in account, if you prefer.
  • Toolchain checks before every build (Xcode, XcodeGen, disk space, simulator runtime, and your AI tool), each with the exact fix.
  • An automatic smoke test on every build.
  • Import an existing Xcode project folder.
  • Connectors for RevenueCat, Superwall, Supabase, Stripe, and OpenAI, with your keys kept in your Mac's Keychain.
  • Panels for TestFlight, App Store reviews (read and reply), and Apple Search Ads.
  • App icon, screenshots, and App Store text drafts, generated when you ask for them.
  • Send feedback from the gear menu, and update notices from appflight.dev.

Known issues

  • Not notarized yet: the first launch needs the Open Anyway step in System Settings (see the install steps).
  • macOS may ask once for Keychain access.
  • Apple silicon Macs only.
