Support
appflight is built by a small team. Here is how to reach us and how to help us help you.
Contact
- In the Mac app: use Send feedback in the gear menu. It comes straight to us.
- Is something down? Check the status page first.
- Billing and refunds: see the refund policy, then write to us.
- Your data: to export or delete, see the Privacy Policy.
What to include in a report
A good report gets fixed faster. If you can, tell us:
- The email address on your account.
- The project name, and roughly when it happened (date, time, and time zone).
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Which browser or Mac and version you use, and for the Mac app, the appflight version.
- Any error message or request ID shown on screen, and a screenshot if it helps.
Please do not send passwords, one time sign in codes, or API keys. We will never ask for them.
What to expect
We read everything and reply as soon as we can. We are a small team, so we do not promise a response time, and we cannot offer a service level agreement. Problems that block building or involve billing or security come first.
Security reporting
If you think you have found a security problem in appflight, please tell us privately first.
- Email: [email protected] with "Security" in the subject.
- Machine readable details: /.well-known/security.txt.
- Please include what you found, the steps to reproduce it, and what you think the impact is.
- Please do not access, change, or keep other people's data, run denial of service tests, or scan or probe our systems at volume, and give us a reasonable chance to fix the problem before you share it publicly.
- We do not run a paid bug bounty at this time.
We read every report. We cannot promise a fix date, but we will acknowledge what we can and keep you informed.
Copyright and abuse reports
To report copyright infringement (DMCA) or abuse of the Service, such as content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, write to [email protected] and describe the content and where we can find it.
Designated DMCA agent: to be designated. We will publish the agent's name and address here once one is registered.
