Refund Policy

TL;DR. If a build fails or the product is unusable, your credits are returned. For anything else, contact support and we will look at it with you.

This policy covers purchases of plans and credits for appflight cloud. It is part of our Terms of Service. We would rather give you a fair answer than a fast excuse, so the rules are short.

The promise

You should not pay for something that does not work. In general terms:

  • If a build fails, you are not charged for it. Credits are spent when a build succeeds, and a failed build costs nothing. If credits were still taken for a build that failed, we return them.
  • If the product is unusable for you, for example it does not do what you bought it to do and we cannot fix it, we return the credits you spent on it.
  • For anything else, contact support. Tell us what happened and we will look at your case. We may offer credits back, a refund, or another fix, depending on what went wrong.

How refunds are given

  • Credits back. Returned credits show in your credit ledger with the reason.
  • Money back. When we refund money, it goes back to the payment method you used, through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up.

What is not refunded

  • Credits for a build that worked as intended, where you simply changed your mind. Tell us anyway and we will talk about it.
  • Charges from your own AI provider when you use your own key. Those come from them, not us.
  • Credits or charges removed because of abuse under the Acceptable Use Policy.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time, and cancelling stops the next renewal. See section 7 of the Terms of Service.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. If those laws give you more than this policy does, you get the greater right.

How to ask

Use Support. Please include the email on your account, the project, and what went wrong. Do not send passwords or API keys.
